Agreement
By using Prints.app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our app.
Use of the App
Prints.app is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute it without permission.
Photo Printing Services
Prints.app facilitates photo printing through Walgreens. Your use of Walgreens' printing services is subject to their terms and policies, not ours. We are not responsible for print quality, fulfillment, or any issues with the printing service.
Payment
All payments for photo prints are made directly to Walgreens at the store. We do not process payments or collect payment information. You may purchase all, some, or none of the photos you order — there is no commitment until you pick up and pay at the store.
Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the photos you submit for printing. Do not submit content that is illegal, violates others' rights, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Limitation of Liability
We're a small indie studio doing our best to make useful software. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of our app. Use it at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Prints.app after changes means you accept the new terms.
